Use the Zendesk Sell Add button to add a new lead, contact, or new opportunity from anywhere in Sell.
How to add an object with the Add button
In the upper left corner of any page in the Sell, click Add.
Click on the type of object you want to create.
Fill in the details about the lead, contact, or opportunity.
If the person or company already exists on Sell, you will receive an alert with a request on the right. You can use the existing contact and edit it or proceed with creating a new record.
Click on Save or Save and View.
The new lead, contact, or new opportunity is created.
